Be advised that the UMIDIGI A13S is not compatible with AT&T, Cricket, and Verizon networks. If your unlocked UMIDIGI A13S cell phone fails to connect to mobile data, please follow these steps to adjust your APN settings manually:

1. Get the APN Parameters:
   Solution 1: Search for "your phone carrier + APN" on Google or contact your carrier to obtain the APN parameters.
   Solution 2: Insert your SIM card into another phone with internet access to find the APN parameters. Go to: Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network → Access Point Names (APN). Select the mobile card and copy all the APN details.

2. Add APN Parameters to A13S:
   Insert the SIM card back into the A13S and navigate to: Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network → Access Point Names (APN). Tap the plus icon on the upper right corner and enter the correct APN parameters.
